Mind and intellect relation:
The mind has no direction or dimension and if uncontrolled by the intellect, produces stress.
If the intellect is not available to guide or control it, the mind can go berserk and devastate the personality.
What is stress?
A state of agitation produced by unfulfilled desires in a mind that is not controleld by the intellect.
